Fabienne Racing has taken note of Formula One Management’s (FOM) 2025 annual report, which shows revenue up 9.2%, from €460.278 million to €502.632 million. Pre-tax profit, however, rose only from €23.283 million to €23.400 million, as freight, travel and logistics costs climbed 8%, up €17.550 million, to €242.307 million.
That’s our own balance sheet, just bigger, says the team principal. Freight, for us, is the trailer behind the Dacia. Travel is the N5 (road) to Mariembourg (circuit). We too have maximised our package, and our profit stays stable, for lack of funds to grow it.
The team also notes that FOM’s headcount rose from 726 to 803 employees. Fabienne Racing confirms it has kept a stable headcount since it was founded, the question never having come up.
The report also points out that most of FOM’s revenue depends on Grands Prix actually taking place, a risk the outfit from Philippeville (town) says it knows well at the scale of Mariembourg, every wet Sunday.
